2009-2010 Chapter Community Fellow Application and Training

All Unite For Sight Community Fellows complete extensive training prior to participation. Only those who have applied to become Community Fellows and have completed the training requirements are permitted to participate in any capacity with Unite For Sight. We maintain comprehensive records regarding each Community Fellow's participation and service hours with the organization. Prospective employers, universities, residency programs, and scholarship organizations routinely verify involvement and service hours with Unite For Sight.

Once logged in, you will sign the Code of Conduct, complete the online eye health course, chapter volunteer quiz, 8-minute training video, and activate a fundraising website. These are annual requirements. If you submitted the online eye health course last year, for example, you will need to complete the final exam again this year. This ensures that you remember the important facts about eye health.
