Conference Sponsorship & Advertisement Opportunities
GHIC 2012 offers an unparalleled opportunity to build relationships with more than 2,200 individuals and organizations committed to improving health and development globally. Conference participants come from all 50 states and from 55 countries, and they will be looking for products and services that will help them better care for their patients and their communities.

Your sponsorship application will be reviewed and, if approved, you will proceed to submit the sponsorship fee in order to become a conference sponsor.

- Gold Sponsor ($6,000)
- Logo and name billing on front of Conference Program Book
- Complementary exhibit space
- Complimentary conference passes for up to five representatives
- Advertisement in Conference Program Book, which is used extensively by all 2,200 conference participants
- Approved material may be placed on distribution table at conference
- Featured logo and sponsor website link on GH/Innovate Conference Website
- Silver Sponsor ($5,000)
- Logo and name billing on front of Conference Program Book
- Featured logo and sponsor website link on GH/Innovate Conference Website
- Choice of complementary exhibit space or advertisement in Conference Program Book
- Approved material may be placed on distribution table at conference
- Complimentary conference passes for up to five representatives
- Premium Sponsor ($4,000)
- Logo and name billing on front of Conference Program Book
- Featured logo and sponsor website link on GH/Innovate Conference Website
- General Sponsor ($1,500)
- Name billing on back cover of Conference Program Book
- Conference Program Book Advertisement ($1,000 for half-page and $1,500 for full-page)
- The conference program book, which includes the conference schedule, is used extensively by the more than 2,200 conference participants. Full-color advertisements provide a high-impact opportunity to reach conference participants, both during the conference as well as after the conference, as the program book continues to be used for reference purposes.
- Promotional Item Distribution ($2,000)
- Promote your organization by providing an approved sample, promotional item, or brochure to conference participants
In-Kind Sponsorships
Approved in-kind sponsors will receive benefits commensurate with the market value for the contribution. Examples include donated beverages, food, tote bags, pens, notebooks, banner printing, and conference program book printing.
Tote bags, pens, notebooks, and other materials may include your company's branded printing.
