I understand that I may become a Unite For Sight Volunteer if I am affiliated with a Unite For Sight Chapter, Unite For Sight Global Impact Corps, or Unite For Sight Volunteer Abroad Program. I understand that I am required to successfully complete this Unite For Sight Online Eye Health Course, as well as other pre-service training requirements, before becoming a Unite For Sight Volunteer. Completion of this Unite For Sight Online Eye Health Course requires a score of at least 85% correct on the Final Examination. If I become a Unite For Sight Volunteer, my name may be listed on the Unite For Sight website, unless I indicate otherwise. I understand that Unite For Sight Volunteers educate communities about basic eye health information, and they are prohibited from providing any form of medical advice.
