Criteria For Unite For Sight Volunteer Awards
Each April, we look forward to honoring the most stellar volunteers with special awards. The winners are announced at the Unite For Sight Annual Global Health & Innovation Conference in April, included in the Conference Brochure, and featured on our website.
The award recipients will be those who go "above and beyond" to make significant impacts at the eye clinics and in the community.
SERVICE AWARDS
Unite For Sight presents annual awards to those volunteers who show the greatest commitment to Unite for Sight's mission.
UNITE FOR SIGHT FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR AWARD is given to all volunteers who raise at least $5,000USD for Unite For Sight's international eye care programs. 100% of the fundraising provides eye care for patients living in poverty.
UNITE FOR SIGHT VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARD is also given to those volunteers who are identified by partner eye clinics to be the most stellar volunteers. These volunteers go "above and beyond" to do the most to support and assist at the clinics.
