Color Blindness
What?
Color blindness is a deficiency in how one sees color. It means there is an abnormality or deficiency in one of the three cones that allow us to see the spectrum of colors. The person cannot distinguish certain colors and shades.
Why?
Many people inherit the color blindness trait. However, this condition may also be caused by aging, certain medications, and retinal or optic nerve disease.
