List of Unite For Sight Chapters (2009-2010 Academic Year)

Unite For Sight's chapters at high schools and universities are established only after an individual or group first applies to start a chapter, works with Unite For Sight staff to establish the chapter, and after the officers and optometrist/ophthalmologist advisor sign the Chapter Charter. The students are required to complete training, and only those who have completed the training are Unite For Sight Chapter Volunteers. Chapters are required to hold community-based programs each month, have biweekly phone conversations with Unite For Sight staff, and submit monthly updates online about chapter activities.

Our priority is to ensure that Unite For Sight volunteers make a high-impact difference, and our staff works closely with each chapter to establish effective programs.
